Only the controlling side needs a license. Remote computers require no paid license.

SIMPLE LICENSING
A paid Distant Desktop license is required only on the operator — the computer used to control remote systems. No paid license is required on the remote computers you connect to.
For companies with several operators: purchase one Pro license for each licensed user.
